Those who have tried the drinking diet as a method of losing weight admit that the first 7 days are very difficult. Everything is annoying, insomnia appears on day 2, constant tears, dizziness.

Weight is reduced by 3-4 kg, but since the body is happy with the "food swing", the pounds also return quickly. The slimming effect is achieved mainly by extracting the fluid.
- Shock drinking diet

Since this diet is a mono-drink diet, it is clear that the menu includes 1-2 drinks. During it, they drank not only liquid drinks, but tonics: coffee and cocoa. This diet is followed for another week. If it is very difficult to maintain such a menu, milk can be added to the drink before bed.

The most effective diet is considered to be 30 days. This is not just a diet for weight loss, but a whole program that helps in complete cleansing of the whole body. Its main purpose is to temporarily reduce the load on the digestive system, to give rest to the digestive organs and the oral cavity, without limiting the intake of nutrients in the body.
In the first week, the body restructures, its superficial cleansing, adapts to the new diet. During the second week, the digestive tract gets used to the new diet - then the body is already cleansed at the cellular level. The initial stage is quite difficult and not difficult to break. In the first decade, the stomach and lungs are cleansed, then the liver and kidneys. At the end of the diet, the cellular structures are cleansed. Weight decreases by itself, even if the caloric content of liquid food entering the body is maintained at 1600-1800 kcal per day. During this time, you can lose about 10 kg.

- If you want to add lemon juice to tea, cocoa or coffee - welcome, these added milk drinks are also good.
- Any kind of jelly is allowed: berry, fruit, even nutritious - oatmeal. The latter should not be brought to the consistency of a jelly.
Diet recipes for drinking
Green Cocktails
All green smoothies are whipped in a blender and can be as follows:
- Smoothies: a glass of red grape juice, a banana, an orange, a bunch of lettuce leaves, a glass of water.
- Calcium cocktail: Tomatoes, a bunch of dandelion leaves, water and salt.
- Healthy cocktail: some kiwi, an orange, 4 red lettuce leaves, 2 glasses of water, 2 aloe leaves, a few glasses of nutmeg without grapes or red grapes.
- Super cocktail: mango, some mint leaves, pear, a bunch of weeds: nettle, dandelion, plantain.
Soup-pure
- Green peas. Dilute the flour with hot milk and a drop of butter, boil for about 15 minutes, rub through a sieve, mix with grated green peas, beat in a blender. 400 g peas, half a teaspoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, 2 cups milk.
- Vegetable soup. Potatoes, peppers without peppers, cauliflower, carrots, onions are cooked in chicken broth. Once the vegetables are ready, the onions are removed, the rest is mixed in a blender.
The consistency of the soups should be such that they are easy to drink.
Quitting the drinking diet
Leaving the diet for drinks is very slow. If you have been following such a diet for a month, you will need to get used to the usual diet for at least 60 days. First, the morning intake of liquid food is replaced by a plate of soft porridge: oatmeal, oatmeal, buckwheat flakes. Do not drink porridge for 2 hours.
A week later, they recall having eaten breakfast a month or a week ago, and replaced the breakfast meal with a regular meal and keep the porridge for lunch. Dinner is still "diet-drink".
